Harrison Hot Springs is located on the beautiful Harrison Lake in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia. Harrison Lake stretches more than 60 kilometers with Harrison Hot Springs at the southern point of the lake. With just over an hour and a half from Vancouver, Harrison Hot Springs is well known for its sandy beaches, natural springs, waterfalls and beautiful scenery surrounded by mountains.
Harrison Houseboat Adventures offers a 59’ deluxe houseboat that sleeps up to 10 people. Each boat is very well equipped including a wet bar on the sundeck, canopy and a slide. Each houseboat includes:
Rentals are priced by the week or day. During prime time the minimum rental is 3 days while other periods are a 2 day minimum.
If you like to fish, Harrison Houseboats will arrange for a guide to pick you up from your boat and take you to some great fishing spots. At the end of the day you will return back to the houseboat.
Previous experience is not required. You will be provided instruction on operating the houseboat, safety requirements, etc. If you prefer you can have someone accompany you to Rainbow Falls for the first night to go through all the procedures.
You do not require a boating license (Pleasure Craft Operator Card) to rent a houseboat. Prior to departure you will be provided a safety checklist for review. Be sure to ask any questions if you are not sure. Once completed you will be issued a temporary license that is good for your trip. You will need to keep this document readily available if request by officials.
