This company provides houseboats with the most affordable packages for groups of 4–8. These houseboats literally look and feels more like houses than boats so you can fish, explore and have adventures in the wilderness with the comfort of a house.

Les Chalet Gouin offers 4 boats with 6 beds, 1 boat with 5 beds and 1 boat with 8 beds. Each of these Boats include:

• Solar-powered fridge

• A late-model 4-stroke 40 HP engine that provides the power, with a cruising speed of 10 km/h.

One-day guided package

A little experience is required, an instruction manual on standard operating procedures will be provided, feel free to ask any questions or you can always buy the guided package if you are not comfortable going alone.

The company does not specify if they will provide a temporally boat license, but if you want to get your Pleasure Craft Operator Card you can do it on line. For more details:

There are no electrical outlets in the houseboats, but You’ll enjoy a solar-powered fridge, barbecue, flush toilet, hot shower and electric lights.

You should bring bed sheets, pillows, batteries, food, drinks, and bring your own toiletries for bathroom. Also Don’t forget to bring your documents.
